In this workshop you will:

  • Learn about common cultural habits which may be preventing you from losing weight;
  • Learn about what is a healthy weight for various body types;
  • Identify the factors which influence weight gain
  • Discover holistic methods to deal with weight imbalances;
  • Do yoga, meditation and breath work to support a healthy weight;
  • Connect with other like-minded individuals

Katherine Willow ND is a fourth generation naturopathic doctor. She has been practicing naturopathic medicine and yoga for thirty years and loves to share the benefits! She directs the Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre, sees patients, runs monthly retreats and has recovered from an eating disorder herself.

Navjit Kaur RYT has been practicing yoga for over ten years and is the owner and director of Yoga & Tea Studio. She enjoys sharing the science and benefits of yoga and empowering clients to take charge of their health and
wellbeing.

Chelsey Corrigan ND is a Naturopathic Resident at Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre.  Her passion is in aiding individuals in their pursuit of optimized health through nutrition, lifestyle counselling, acupuncture, homeopathy, botanicals, hands-on body work and constitutional aspects of Ayurvedic Medicine. Chelsey practices general family medicine and has additional training in pain management, sports nutrition and rehabilitation.
