The “Mind-Body Healing with Spirit” retreat happens November 19-21 at the Carp Ridge EcoWellness Centre (see registration info at end of post).
We plan our retreats to be as gentle and fun as possible, while creating a profound experience of relaxation where healing can take place. This may well be one of the most nurturing things you have done for yourself in a long time!
Our professional and highly skilled teachers and practitioners will be on hand to offer their caring, knowledge and experience throughout the weekend. Your hosts, Father Jack Lau and Lise Lillian (see their pics below), will facilitate the retreat with the assistance of instructors Katherine Willow ND, George Reilly and Kaia Nightingale (click here to read staff & facilitator bios).
We have chosen ‘Moving from Fear to Courage‘ as the theme for this deeply empowering weekend. Fear-based emotions can be debilitating, but when they are transformed into courage the resulting energy can motivate our forward movement.
This is a well-rounded retreat that has been designed to engage you in your own healing journey, and includes time for art, nature walks, relaxation and entertainment. The retreat takes place in a beautiful natural setting to allow you to relax and go that next step in your healing process.
